Experiencing login issues?
For some time, a number of our customers have had intermittent problems logging into our webshop. The issue has now been identified and resolved – it was a cookie-related problem connected to our domain. The update was implemented on September 10. However, some customers are still experiencing login issues because older cookies are not being updated and therefore need to be manually deleted in order for the login to work correctly again after the update. If you are experiencing this issue, please follow the instructions below.

If you are using Chrome, we recommend clearing both cache and cookies for northcom.se. See instructions here.

If you are using Edge, it is usually sufficient to clear only the cookies for northcom.se. See instructions here.
