On 2/2-2023 we upgraded and moved our website in order to be able to work more efficiently with further development of the site. This may mean that some people experience that it is not possible to log in and in 99% of cases this is due to cache problems in the browser you are using. The information you had before has not changed, but is the same. If you experience problems, there are a few different things you can try:
- Clear cache and cookie information in your browser. Restart your browser and try again.
- Open northcom.se in an incognito window (private window), log in and see if it makes a difference.
Some customers also experience that they log in and end up on the start page at northcom.se but nothing happens. In these cases, you are probably logged in, but the log in button is incorrect. If this happens to you, you can go to our pride product catalog and you will then be logged in, even if it doesn't look like it at first.
